Deep tissue is a full body work over with integrated stretching and trigger point therapy. Therapeutic sessions are a cross between the Swedish and Deep tissue, focusing only where you need it most. Follow up your session by drinking lots of pure water to help cleanse toxins released from your muscles during your massage.
